About the Job
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Representative to join our Customer Service team. This role supports sales and healthcare professionals by providing timely and accurate assistance across multiple communication channels. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
Engage with customers in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner to foster positive relationships
Respond to questions via telephone, email, and fax; collaborate with Sales to research and resolve inquiries
Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Determine service charges, coordinate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collections, and arrange billing
Prepare product/service reports by collecting and analyzing customer data
Maintain customer pricing and contract data in the ERP system
Implement procedures for accurate inventory records through billing and replenishment in ERP
Manage inventory shelf life and expiry tracking procedures
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or sales support preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
