Job Summary
Our client, is expanding their sales force and seeking an experienced individual to be the Canadian Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to the North American Sales Manager, the Canadian Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the dealer network and growing the business within their territory.
The position will primarily support and expand the sales network in North America through the active sale and marketing of their irrigation and manure handling equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and expand the sales and dealer network in Canada
- Attend industry trade shows to promote products and develop relationships
- Develop customer and dealer relationships
- Responsible for all KPIs to help drive sales volume, customer service and profitability
- Travel for territory development and to help expand the dealer network
- Provide guidance and knowledge and expertise to dealers about the products
DESIRED PROFILE:
- 5+ years of experience as a sales manager or account manager
- Experience in agriculture
- A successful track-record in agricultural equipment sales, agronomy, or dairy industries
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Post-secondary education in related field or equivalent business experience
- Valid passport and drivers license are required
