Job Summary
About the Role
We're seeking experienced Product Owners to join a high-performing product team within a large Agile Solution Train. You'll be responsible for owning and refining the team backlog, driving product value, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the team backlog, incorporating
input from PMs, EPMs, and IPT leads
- Lead backlog refinement activities in
alignment with Agile rhythms, including PI Planning
- Collaborate with the team to mature user
stories and ensure readiness for development
- Partner with architects to understand enabler
work and support technical decision-making
- Evaluate team progress and guide delivery to
maximize customer value
- Identify and manage product risks and
opportunities
- Ensure completed stories meet user needs and
comply with the Definition of Done
- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate
for product excellence
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Agile software
development
- 6+ years of experience with advanced
communication and problem-solving skills
- 4-6 years of experience using JIRA for backlog
and workflow management
- Strong understanding of engineering design
principles and metrics development
- Experience in systems engineering, hardware
integration, and software engineering (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large-scale Agile
environments
- Familiarity with SAFe or similar frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and
cross-functional collaboration skills
