Leading provider of flavors and ingredients for restaurantsand manufacturers is seeking a remote Commercialization Manager (Project Manager) tosolve dynamic customer challenges with speed, accuracy and the utmost efficiency. Candidates must have a BS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or related field plus at least 5 years of food industry experience working from concept to commercialization. Experiencedeveloping dairy based food systems, sauces and glazes, and aseptic processing desired. Prior project management and product development experience required.This leadership/management position will lead direct reports and set and lead category strategies across contract manufacturing networks to effectively commercializecustomer-based solutions. This individual mustbe organized, self-motivated, energetic, systematic, and proactive in managing complex and dynamic programs that areextremely important to the success of the business.Remote Position. Candidates must be located in the Midwest or East coast, near a major metro airport to support business requirements.
