Overview
Seeking an experienced leader in data and analytics to drive transformation across business units. This role focuses on improving data quality, advancing analytics capabilities, and accelerating AI adoption. The position requires strong collaboration with senior leaders to embed data-driven decision-making and modernize legacy systems.
This is a FULLY remote position with strong preference towards qualified candidates within Eastern U.S. time zone.
Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 + 20% Bonus
**Up to 10% domestic travel per year**
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analytics Leadership: Identify and prioritize high-impact analytics and AI opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Platform Modernization: Promote adoption of a unified data platform, ensuring secure and accessible data solutions.
- Legacy System Reduction: Oversee migration from outdated systems to modern architectures, optimizing costs and performance.
- Data Culture Development: Lead initiatives to improve data literacy and foster a culture of analytics across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in analytics leadership with proven AI implementation experience.
- Expertise in enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, and modern architectures (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- Strong ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and AI ethics.
- Preferred: experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
