One of my clients is currently seeking a night warehouse supervisor for their facility located in Florida.
They are seeking a skilled and motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in our large, automated distribution center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about logistics and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in a high-volume setting
- Supervise and support a team of warehouse associates and technicians
- Monitor automated systems and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics
- Familiarity with automated systems, warehouse management software (WMS), and RF scanning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage overnight operations
