Job Summary
A leading food and ingredient company is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to lead pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and margin optimization initiatives across its product portfolio.
This role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and R&D to develop pricing strategies, evaluate product and customer profitability, support commercial decision-making, and identify opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth. Key responsibilities include pricing governance, cost and margin analysis, lifecycle pricing, SKU rationalization, and revenue optimization.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and experience within the food, beverage, ingredients, or CPG industries.
