Job Summary
The Accounting Manager will support manufacturing operations at a growing organization. This role is responsible for overseeing month-end close activities, general ledger integrity, inventory and cost accounting, fixed assets, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing accounting experience, including inventory reconciliations, variance analysis, and business partnering with Operations and Supply Chain teams. This position requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical and communication skills, and is comfortable supporting audits, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
